Black Belt Kids Return and Refund Policy

At Black Belt Kids, we're committed to your satisfaction with our high-quality kids' martial arts apparel, gear, and accessories. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help! We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
What Can Be Returned?
- Most items are eligible for return or exchange, including clothing, training gear, and accessories.
- We offer full refunds to your original payment method or exchanges for a different size, color, or similar item (subject to availability).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear, socks, or any intimate apparel.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.
- Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or odor.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support team at sensei@blackbeltkids.com or through your account on our website within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- We'll provide instructions and a return shipping address (if approved).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all accessories/tags, and ship it back to us.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect (in which case, we'll cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible (shipping fees may apply for the new item).
- Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos. We'll arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
